At the September 2, 2007 General Membership meeting the maintenance fee was set at $550. Maintenance fees are due before November 1, 2007. After that, a late fee of $10.00 per month will be added.

Winterizing
Unfortunately, it is about that time of year again. The old saying, ?Time flies when you?re having fun!? is true. This is a reminder to be sure and put a gallon of antifreeze down your sewer traps when you winterize your trailers. Our sewer traps are being damaged due to water freezing in the traps. Your cooperation with this will be greatly appreciated.

President's Report
SUMMER'S GONE!!! Where did it go? The summer of 2007 will go down in Windy Hill History as being just GREAT. We need to thank Joe for the continued magnificent job he does. No
park anywhere looks better. Thanks also to Steve for the hours he spends doing our finances and in being Joe's fulltime shadow. Thank you to Linda Wheeler for her work on the Bylaws and her timely newsletter. Thanks to the activity committee for everything, their breakfasts were excellent and Halloween was more than fun. All of the activities are extremely appreciated. Thank you to Jim Parker and Tim Miner for their work as directors, and finally thanks to everyone who participated in our park, it is ours and it is the greatest, lets keep it that way.
Over the winter, I hope the committee's will get together and plan for the 2008 year. Failing to plan is planning to fail. I hope everyone has a fantastic winter and holiday season. I hope you are looking as forward to the 2008 season as I am.

Donation
On Saturday, September 22, 2007, your Board of Directors presented $500 to the Port Austin Fire Department. Firefighters, Don Zimmerman and Drew Kruske accepted the check on behalf of the fire department. The donation will be used to help purchase a new computer for the fire department.
Soup and Dessert Contest
I would like to thank everyone that took part in the Soup & Dessert contest. Soup winners were 1st place, Jerry Ehrke Lot 56 with Sirloin Steak Soup, 2nd place, Sheryl Wheeler Lot 61 with Spaghetti/Meatball Minestrone Soup, and 3rd place, Ann Ypma Lot 28 with Cream of Broccoli Soup.
The Dessert Winners were 1st place, Tracy Ferrante Lot 90 with Banana Split Pie and 2nd place, Lisa ____Lot____ with her Log Cake.
Next year, we will have a special dessert contest for the kids to enter so they have a chance to win.
Thank you also goes out to the judges. For the soup, judges were Steve, Dale, and Wally. In addition, for the desserts, judges were Chris, Ken, and Jenny.

Halloween Party
The Halloween committee would like to thank everyone that came to the Halloween party. We had a blast! Don Wheeler took the kids & adults for a hayride. We had enough people to make three trips. We served hotdogs, chips, donuts, and apple cider and every child received a candy bag. Winners of the costume judging were D.J. Ferrante (Funniest), Nathan O?Brian (Scariest), Bradley Wheeler (Most Unusual), and Abby Barrero (Cutest). A special thank you goes out to the judges, Deanna and

From the Secretary
The Bylaws have been printed and I am in the process of getting them handed out to everyone. Over half of the members have received their copy. After the water is turned off, those of you that have not received yours will receive them in the mail.
Please remember that if you change your address or phone number forward those changes to me so that I can keep my member?s list up-to-date. I don?t want you to miss any mailings that I may send to you.
